RETURN POLICY
We
understand that not every purchase will be quite the right size, shape
or color and occasionally you may need to return a purchase. Returns
and exchanges
are permitted within 30 days of the original shipping date on unworn merchandise with all tags
attached. Worn merchandise may not be returned.
A
Return Authorization number must be issued in order for us to accept
your package. Just
email us at Customerservice@preslarswarehouse.com
and request a RA# for your return.
Please
include a copy of the Invoice/ Packing Slip with returned merchandise,
and a
written statement for the reason of return. Items must be
returned via a traceable method, UPS is preferred. Please
make sure return packages are insured
properly. Any orders returned without any means of tracking or delivery
confirmation will be considered an unauthorized return and we will not
be
responsible for refunding the order. Any packages sent without a Return
Authorization number will be refused.
Worn merchandise will not be returned and no credit will
be issued.
We
will refund your purchase by the original method of payment. Please
note we do not refund shipping charges. All shipping charges are the
responsibility of the customer
